About Me
Life can be stressful at any age. Be adult or child, getting support to better know yourself can be helpful. While you walk through your life, it can be beneficial to get support to better know yourself.
I view therapy as a place to support your personal growth and change, to become the person you want to be. Therapy is collaborative, where we work together to help you transform yourself.
Together we can examine old ways of coping, and to find new ways to processing your life. I will work to help you take charge of your life and ownership of your growth, and to find the resiliency you possess.
I am trained in expressive art therapies. Some people find that using creative expression can help work through the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that words alone cannot. Other methods and modalities I work from include Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Humanistic Approaches
If you are looking for support for yourself or your child, please reach out and see if we are a good fit. I look forward to working with you.
